Who we are
An On-Road Radio Controlled Car Club, run by a group of enthusiast volunteers to bring everyone into the sport of racing radio controlled cars.
Running races since the early 70's we continue to run meetings almost every Wednesday throughout the year and some Sundays.
We are and electric only radio controlled car racing club, predominantly outdoors in all weathers with a few meetings indoors throughout the winter season.

Anyone Can Drive an RC Car
But, for those that want to race an RC car, we have just the venues.
Outdoor On-Road Racing
On our purpose built tarmac on-road race track. Approximately 150m long with the UK's top drivers able to complete a lap in under 14 seconds.
Floodlight Outdoor Racing
Time flies when you are having fun, but nothing stops the sun going down. Queue the floodlights. Being one of the few clubs in the UK with floodlights has its benefits.
Village Hall Carpet Racing
Back to a Village Hall where it all began. Not a massive national sized track, but a club track for a fun night of club racing with national quality banter.
Large Indoor Carpet Racing
Guaranteed grip, no wind in your eyes, no rain on your head, with national quality drivers, sometimes it is nice to be indoors.

Depending on the venue we allow a wide range of RC Race Cars to race. But, if it isn’t on the list, there is still a chance we can let you practice.

What's Different About EECC ?
Gone are the days when we were a small grass track club in a field. Over many years of racing, we have reinvested all membership renewals and entry fees into building one of the best RC Racing Venues in the UK.
